TransJus Working Papers Publications is a digital platform for the online publication of original working papers.

Transjus Working Papers Publications is an instrument for the continuous dissemination of high quality research within legal and politological fields which cover a wide range of issues regarding our five research areas.

All TransJus members, professors and PhD students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona, visiting professors and researchers involved in transdisciplinary studies in the ambit of Law and Political Sciences, are invited to submit their working papers for publication.

Since its creation TransJus allows free access and free download of all publications.

We invite professors, researchers and PhD students to take advantage of our platform of knowledge-exchange and to submit transdisciplinary manuscript to:
